Born & bred in the Bronx, New York, Roberto Chang grew up learning how to cook from his Latin Mother and Asian Grandmother. As years passed, Roberto develops a love of music and honed his DJ skills. He would play music in the front of his apartment building where he started to share with his friends and neighbors what he cooked with his family. Soon, the delicious and family's recipes of Empanadas, Eggrolls & the Wontons desserts got such success that this inspired the creation of the urban street food & music restaurants called Roberto Chang.
